eposb:borehole in eposb:alias required but has no function

Description
According to the conceptual and logical models, eposb:alias provides just an additional name for a borehole (together with time period and responsible party). The schema requires
eposb:origin => responsible party
eposb:aliasValidityPeriod => time period for the alias
eposb:borehole => !!! It has to be left empty or filled with eposb:Borehole, i.e. borehole content. This is really weird, because we don't need it and it has no function in this context.
The important information is given in the according to the data model required but according to the schema optional (probably due to gml)
gml:name => the alias name
gml:identifier => points circular back at the borehole within the document
eposb:borehole in eposb:alias has to be taken away or needs to be explained.
