Where in the eposb do we actually specify the data license for each borehole?
We discussed this before but never came to a conclusion (as far as I remember). I open this issue to clarify this issue. If you have the question straight away, please comment!
The data of each borehole have a data license (which also has to be specified to the ICS), and it might be different for boreholes in the same database. In the beginning, I had the misconception that we'd use the legalAccessLevel for this, but the conclusion of the discussion back then was that legalAccessLevel is about the access to the borehole. I can't remember that we ever made a decision about how to handle the data licenses, i.e. where in the eposb do we actually specify the data license? It should be assigned at the level of the borehole-instance and delivered with the data flow.
