Description
Some vocabularies are missing the "Definition", e.g. Elevationmeasurementmethodtype. In this example, it is important because it would provide a way to fulfill the requirements in gmd:DQ to specify (in numbers alternatively comment) the positional (elevation) accuracy. In most case, we don't have a clue because it was never documented, so we have to assume the inherit error of the method in general, not the specific device/survey/etc. Here the "Defintion" of the Elevationmeasurementmethod could be used as a comment in gmd:DQ_RelativeInternalPositionalAccuracy/gco:CharacterString
There might be similar uses in other vocabs.
Bottomline: We should try to fill the definitions in all vocabs.
