For ocean drilling, depth to seafloor is the elevation. Add "sonar" to Elevationmeasurementtypemethod.

The existing methods "Differential Global Positioning System" and "Global Positioning Sytem" don't take the new GNSS networks into account. I suggest to change to add GNSS and DGNSS and keep the GPS entries for backward compatibility.
