- overall :
- addition of gmlexr namespace to enable documenting the source vocabulary to be used for codeList based attributes using <appinfo><gmlexr:targetCodeList> as in GML 3.3 (I guess this does not violate GML SF-0)
- then addition of proper references to targetCodeList for BoreholeView and ModelView
- ModelView : update to frozen spec (2017-05-30 webconf)
- modelingSoftwareToolName and modelingSoftwareToolVersion : now with 2 'l' for modelling
- outputGeometry : removed
- verticalSRS : added
- clarification of some definitions
- update of the ModelView.xml to the latest spec
