Add of two versions of SLDs for BoreholeView adapted from the one provided by Carlo C. on 27-01-2017

1.0 is based on SLD v1.0 spec (and is GeoServer WMS compliant)

change of the name of one rule (cannot be url)
delete of "Displacement" parts as they are not supported by GeoServer / SLD 1.0
adapted to layer and parameter names for epos.brgm-rec.fr server

1.1 is based on SLD v1.1 spec (not tested)
